Is Howard Stern organizing a similar <a href="http://www.votefortheworst.com/" rel="nofollow">Vote for the Worst</a> campaign on his behalf? Hmm, according to his website, he "never votes for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution." Apparently the constitution doesn't authorize raising taxes, the patriot act, increasing white-house powers, or war with Iraq.
